Giffen Switchgear based in Hatfield, recently completed the design, fabrication, and transportation of two combined Low Voltage Package sub-stations capable of an output of 1,600 KVA each.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, more commonly known as RoSPA, presented Giffen Group Plc one of its prestigious Occupational Health & Safety awards for the second year running. Building upon a well established procedural based management system, Giffen Group has recently received ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.  

Giffen Group was audited by BM Trada, and successfully demonstrated its commitment to on-going process improvement in relation to environment management issues, receiving formal notification of success on the 18th of January 2008.
