Since the mid 1960's, Giffen Group has worked for the British Railways Board, British Rail, Railtrack, Network Rail, TOC’s (Train Operating Companies), maintenance contractors, other lead contractors and consortia.

Our experience of delivering electrical services and civils works is second to none, working in all rail environments, from buildings infrastructure and station car parks, to depot and track side working.

Furthermore, we have extensive practical knowledge in delivering various signalling schemes and cable route works, including Line Speed Enhancement (LSE), Train Protection Warning System (TPWS) on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) and on Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
